Presque Isle Historical Society receives prestigious Honor Award from Maine Preservation
On November 7, two members of Presque Isle Historical Society's Board of Director, Rick Nadeau and Kim Smith, traveled to Portland to receive an Honor Award from Maine Preservation for our restoration efforts of the Maysville Museum. The award ceremony was held at the Portland Country Club. All in all, 16 Honor Awards were given with Presque Isle Historical Society being the northern most project honored and the only one awarded to an historical society.
